Unlock Your Confidence: How Clear Vision Boosts Success in Life and Business

Hey there, lovely souls! Do you ever struggle with confidence while pursuing your life or business goals? Do you sometimes feel held back by challenges that keep you stuck, self-sabotaging, or overwhelmed? If so, you're not alone, and I've got a surprising tip to help you feel more confident. Stick with me, because this could change the way you approach your goals.

I’m Katie Joy, The Global Butterfly, founder of the Awaken with Love and Rise with Pure Joy podcast. One of my greatest passions is helping people overcome the challenges that hold them back. Today, I want to share a key insight that I recently discussed with my mentor and community during an incredible four-day event in Sydney.

The Power of Clarity

One of the most crucial elements for building confidence is having a clear vision. When you have clarity, you know exactly what you want and how to get there. This clarity gives you the direction to utilise your energy, time, and resources effectively. You'll know what to say yes to and what to decline, keeping you aligned with your goals.

But you might be thinking, "Katie, I don't even know what my vision is!" You're not alone. Many people feel disconnected from their passions or unsure of what they truly want. Here's how you can start to find clarity.

Rediscover Your Passions

Begin by auditing yourself. Think back to the things you loved doing before life got in the way. What activities lit you up as a child or in your younger years? What conversations energise you? When you tap into these memories, you'll start to reconnect with your passions.

Also, consider the deeper purpose of your life. It's not just about superficial desires like the perfect house or a seven-figure business. While these goals are valid, your vision should have a soul-led purpose that brings value to the world. When your vision is rooted in a deeper purpose, it becomes more meaningful and fulfilling.

Create Your Vision

Once you've rediscovered your passions, start creating your vision. Write it down. This practice is called automatic journaling. Just begin writing keywords and let your thoughts flow. Before you know it, you'll be in the flow and adding more details.

Your vision should go beyond the immediate future. Dare to dream big! Think about your 4, 5, 6-year vision, even your 10 or 20-year vision. While it might seem daunting at first, this exercise allows you to dream without limitations and start manifesting those dreams into reality.

The Importance of a Long-Term Vision

Having a long-term vision gives you something to strive for and helps you stay patient. We often want too many things too fast, leading to impatience and frustration. By setting a long-term vision, you give yourself the time and space to develop the skills and habits needed to achieve your goals.

When you break down your vision into smaller, manageable goals, it becomes less overwhelming. I like to use 90-day plans. Each 90-day period is a chunk of the bigger vision that you're working towards. This approach helps you stay focused and motivated.

Taking Action Towards Your Vision

With a clear vision in place, the next step is to take action. Identify the most natural first step towards your goal. For example, if your goal is to become a marathon runner but you've never been to the gym, start by scheduling regular gym sessions, consulting a nutritionist, and clearing out any unhealthy food from your pantry.

Remember, confidence grows with action. The more you take steps towards your vision, the more confident you'll become. It's also important to celebrate your progress along the way, no matter how small. This reinforces positive behaviour and keeps you motivated.

Introducing the Gratitude Gains Appreciation (GGA) Journals

To support you in this journey, I'm excited to introduce the Gratitude Gains Appreciation (GGA) Journals. These journals are designed to help you integrate gratitude, gains, and appreciation into your daily life, elevating your frequency and helping you manifest abundance, love, and joy.

We have journals for adults, kids, and teens. I created these additional tools because so many of my clients wished they had learned these practices earlier in life. Now, you can start this transformative journey at any age.

How the GGA Journals Work

The GGA Journals guide you through setting your intentions and goals for the next 90 days. Each week, you'll find new activities and themes to help you build on your practice. There are also monthly summaries and a 90-day reflection to track your progress.

The left side of the journal is for written word, reflecting the left brain, while the right side is for drawings and symbols, engaging the creative mind. This whole-brain integration is designed to help you fully embody the GGA practice. You can view a flip-through of the Gratitude Gains Appreciation (GGA) Journals here. Or order them on Amazon here.

Manifesting Your Dreams

By consistently using the GGA Journals, you'll elevate your daily practice and start manifesting your dreams. Gratitude is the gateway to abundance. When you focus on what you're grateful for, celebrate your gains, and appreciate yourself and others, you attract more positive experiences into your life.
