Today, I’m sharing something that makes my heart race with both excitement and a bit of nerves. It’s a big step for me, and I want to take you along on this journey. As I celebrate a milestone—my 100th podcast episode—I’m doing something I’ve never done before: I’m entering the Stevie Awards for Women in Business!
Now, if you’re not familiar with the Stevie Awards, let me give you a quick rundown. They’re one of the world’s most prestigious business awards, recognising the incredible achievements of women who are game-changers, innovators, and leaders across the globe. For years, I’ve been inspired by the stories of courage, resilience, and breakthrough that come out of the Stevies, and now I’m daring to put myself in the running.
Why I’m Entering the Stevies
I’m entering in three categories:

Mentor or Coach of the Year – To celebrate the impact I've had guiding my incredible clients to reach their fullest potential.

Maverick of the Year – Recognising my unconventional approach to coaching that blends science, spirituality, and practicality.

Female Thought Leader of the Year - Consumer Services – Honouring my leadership and contributions to consumer services, especially through innovative coaching programs.
So why now? Why enter the Stevie Awards at this stage in my journey? Because it’s time to step out, be seen, and acknowledge the growth and courage it takes to lead with authenticity and purpose.
I’ve always believed that true growth happens when we step out of our comfort zones, and this is me practising what I preach! For years, I’ve guided my clients to face their fears, challenge their limiting beliefs, and rise above their circumstances. Now, it’s my turn to step up in a bold way.
Connecting the Dots: How the Stevies Align with My Mission
My decision to enter the Stevie Awards isn’t just about the recognition (although that would be a beautiful bonus!). It’s also about aligning with my mission to help others break free from limitations and create lives that are truly soul-aligned.
Many of you know about my Gratitude Gains Appreciation Journals—a tool I’ve created to help people manifest their dreams through daily practices of gratitude, celebrating gains, and deep appreciation. And the Soul Goal Mapping Challenge—a transformative experience designed to help you align your goals with your soul's purpose—is coming up again in October 2024.
