    Bonus tip: Add crystals like black tourmaline or selenite to your space to absorb and neutralise negativity.

  3. Grounding Techniques
    Grounding connects you back to the earth, anchoring your energy and providing stability. Stand barefoot on grass, hug a tree, or simply place your palms on the ground. The earth’s energy is naturally soothing and restorative.

  4. Limit Energy Leaks
    Start noticing who or what drains your energy. It could be endless scrolling on social media, overcommitting your time, or spending time with people who thrive on drama. Awareness is the first step to protecting your energy.
